You only pay when
we recover.
Our fees are performance-based. We put in the work upfront — you pay a contingency on what we actually recover for you. No recovery, no bill.
“We align our incentives with yours — the more we recover, the more we earn.”

We file. You get paid.

Common questions
What exactly is a contingency fee?
It means our fee is calculated as a percentage of the duties CBP actually refunds to you. If we don't recover anything, you don't owe us a contingency fee. It's the standard model in the drawback industry and aligns our interests directly with yours.
What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee covers your privilege application to CBP (required before any claims can be filed), the initial data analysis, and account setup. For qualifying multi-year agreements, this fee is waived entirely.
How long does the process take?
Privilege applications typically take 4–8 weeks to be approved by CBP. Once approved, claims are filed and refunds are issued on CBP's processing schedule — typically 90–180 days for standard claims, faster with accelerated payment privileges.
Can we look back at historical imports?
Yes. Drawback claims can be filed on imports and exports going back up to 5 years, so there's often significant historical value waiting to be recovered even before a go-forward program begins.
What if our estimated recovery is small?
We'll be upfront with you. If the preliminary analysis suggests your recovery potential doesn't justify a full program, we'll tell you — and we'll discuss whether a standalone privilege application makes sense for future claims.
