What is the CBP ACE Portal and why does my company need access to it?
- The ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) Secure Data Portal is the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) system that holds your company's complete import history — every entry summary, duty payment, and customs transaction filed under your Importer of Record (IOR) number. Without access, you're flying blind on your own trade data.
- For companies pursuing duty drawback refunds or IEEPA tariff refunds, ACE portal access isn't optional — it's the foundation. Evana uses your ACE data to identify recoverable duties, build drawback claims, and file refunds on your behalf. Getting you connected is one of the first things we do.
How far back can I see my data?
