About the role

Most growing brands that import don't know what they pay in duties, let alone what they could get back. Evana changes that, and this role is how importers hear about it.

You'll own the path from first conversation to signed engagement: finding the right companies, showing them what the numbers say about their own imports, and getting them started.

What you'll do

  • Build and work a pipeline of U.S. importers (consumer brands, wholesalers and logistics partners) through outbound, referrals and events.
  • Run discovery calls and demos that show a prospect what they pay in duties and what they could recover.
  • Take deals from first call through the signed engagement letter and power of attorney.
  • Turn what you hear from prospects into messaging, landing pages and campaigns with the team.
  • Keep the pipeline current and report on what's working and what isn't.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, business development or an early go-to-market role at a startup.
  • Comfortable selling to founders, finance leads and operations leads.
  • A clear writer who can explain duty drawback or tariff refunds in plain English.
  • Self-directed: you build the process where there isn't one yet.

Nice to have

  • Experience in trade, freight, customs brokerage, logistics or e-commerce software.
  • A network among e-commerce operators, third-party logistics providers or freight forwarders.
